Investor's Business Daily - Hewlett-Packard's ouster of ex-CEO Mark Hurd is being probed by the SEC. It also reportedly is looking into claims that Hurd, now Oracle's (NMS:ORCL) co-president, shared info on HP's $13.9 bil buy of EDS with an ex contractor before the deal was announced, as well as his corporate expenses (and possible cover-up) related to that contractor.
