Neale and Sheryl Horman will be presented with the annual Onalaska Area Historical Society Recognition Award at the group’s Christmas potluck Tuesday night. Although Neale is the current OAHS president and his wife Sheryl has been the group’s secretary for nearly a decade, they say they don’t know exactly why they will be receiving an award. But Sheryl has a pretty good idea.
