On this six-block stretch of downtown on Wednesday night, there are more bands than streetlights. It's the opening day of the annual South By Southwest Music Conference and music is spilling out of every bar and club in this cowboy and college town. For three brothers from Miami Beach and their two friends/bandmates, it's like landing in an oasis after years wandering in the desert.
