Investor's Business Daily - Molycorp , the rare earth miner, surged 6.8% to 49.30, adding to recent gains, a day after China announced new limits on exports of the metals used in hybrid cars, solar modules and other tech products. Molycorp shares have nearly quadrupled since going public in July.
