ContributorNetwork - The New York Times reports state-run Chinese companies admitted they had discussions with the regime of Col. Moammar Gadhafi regarding arms sales. Chinese officials have denied any sales or exporting of such goods in defiance of a United Nations embargo. The revelation comes on the eve of rebel forces encroaching upon a Gadhafi stronghold southeast of Tripoli.
