AP - AT&T isn't disclosing where it is cutting 12,000 jobs, 4 percent of its work force. But the company did say one reason for the cuts is a "changing business mix." That refers, at least in part, to the long-term trend in which customers are abandoning traditional landline phone service for wireless options or phone service from the cable company.
