When the NHL returns to Montreal on Sunday for its annual All-Star Game, it will be the hockey equivalent of a church service in the Holy Land. "Every All-Star Game I've been to has been crazy, but going to a Canadian city where hockey is pretty much religion and life, it's going to be unbelievable," said Western Conference All-Star forward Rick Nash of the Columbus Blue Jackets.
