Shahram Nazeri, the winner of France's Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur medal, returned to Tehran on Wednesday morning. He was welcomed at Mehrabad Airport by the director of the Music and Poetry Office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Mohammad-Hossein Ahmadi, and a group of music fans.
