The Chamber Music Society of Detroit and American composer Ellen Taaffe Zwilich both celebrate milestone birthdays in 2009. The society turns 65, and Zwilich, the first woman to win the Pulitzer Prize for composition, turns 70. Maybe they should party together. Turns out they will.
