AP - A newly released investigator's report says Broncos receiver David Kircus threatened a man after Kircus allegedly punched him in the face. Kircus faces a second-degree assault charge after an altercation at a party in suburban Denver early Sunday. Prosecutors added a second count, violent crime, as a sentence enhancer that could lead to a stiffer penalty if he is convicted.
