AP - Police cited a sidewinding cowboy with "riding under the influence" Friday. Police wrote the man a $25 ticket in a strip mall parking lot after receiving reports that the cowboy couldn't stay in his saddle. The man told KUSA-TV he was out for a "joyride" with his horse, Cricket.
