The deadline for young Vacaville artists to sign up for an art display competition sponsored by the Vacaville Cultural Diversity Fair Committee has been extended to Friday May 4. The art need not be completed and set up until the morning of the fair, which is May 19 at the Ulatis Cultural Center.
