Saritha Prabhu's very fine article on religion and culture ("Religion has its role, but not in the classrooms,'' Oct. 2) reminds us of what we easily forget - in our part of the country religion is as much a part of our culture as the air we breathe. We cannot escape it, even in the classroom.
