Warnell Wright, 49, of the 500 block of Cookane Avenue was arrested on a charge of unlawful use of unidentified sound recordings Wednesday afternoon after an undercover Elgin police officer acting on a tip purchased five pirated DVD movies from Aces One-Stop Shop at 691 Wing St., according to police.
