RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Legislation imposing a 10 percent tax on pay-per-view movies in Virginia hotel rooms is on its way to Gov. Tim Kaine’s desk. The House of Delegates voted 69-27 Wednesday to pass the bill, sponsored by Democratic Sen. Louise Lucas of Portsmouth.
