Reuters - A ferociously powerful Hurricane Gustav slammed into western Cuba with 150-mile-per-hour (240 km per hour) winds on Saturday, smashing buildings and flattening fields as it surged toward the oil fields of the Gulf of Mexico and the U.S. Gulf Coast beyond.
