SENECA, Mo. - The Humane Society of Missouri says it rescued more than 150 dogs and a Bengal tiger from a substandard dog breeder near Seneca. The group says the rescue Thursday with the Newton County Sheriff's department was its second major puppy mill raid in less than a week.
