FORT ATKINSON - The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and The Humane Society of the United States Wildlife Land Trust are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for using snowmobiles to kill almost an entire flock of ducks on the Rock River in Fort Atkinson this past weekend.
