Philadelphia will be the newest city to launch the Humane Society's anti-dogfighting program, thanks in part to a donation by convicted dog fighter Michael Vick's team, the Philadelphia Eagles. The End Dogfighting campaign recruits former dog fighters to take training classes with their pets.
