ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | Tiring all of all the negativity and whining on various news channels today, I decided to listen to music while writing and clicked a random playlist on my iPod. While brainstorming for a commentary topic, Helen Reddy's "I Am Woman" began belting from my iPhone. Although the lyrics are approximately 30 years old and portray the uphill battle women faced for equality, they also speak to the determined mindset of modern fiscal conservatives and tea party lawmakers.
