CHAMPAIGN – A group of several dozen Jefferson Middle School students will be the first from the school inducted into the National Junior Honor Society. This is the inaugural year for the school's chapter of the organization. Franklin Middle School inducted its first group of students into the National Junior Honor Society in the spring of 2007, the first Champaign middle school to have a chapter.
