It's a reunion 44 years in the making. Folk legends Jean Ritchie and Doc Watson, who first played together at the legendary New York City venue Gerde's Folk City in 1963, will team up once again in Westminster at the Roots Music & Arts Festival Saturday and Sunday at the Carroll County Farm Museum.
