Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett recently responded to concerns about wastewater treatment, directing the cessation of wastewater deliveries to fifteen approved facilities. The delivery of "fracking" wastewater to those facilities was grandfathered in, and the plants were allowed to process the water while Democrat Ed Rendell was governor.
