The River City Music Festival on Oct. 1 and 2 will draw hundreds of guests as well as bands and vendors to the streets and shops of downtown Cape. Marcellus Jones, a manager at Buckner Brewing Co., on Main Street, said the festival does affect the amount of traffic the bar/restaurant sees.
