ContributorNetwork - Online reviews have become part of the travel industry thanks in no small part to the 50 million of them available on TripAdvisor. But at least one hotel is taking aim at the credibility of those reviews. Since online communities and social media networks can quickly spread the reviews, they have the potential to greatly affect the business of any facility. The situation is fairly straight-forward: a series of bad reviews can hurt and a number of positive reviews can help.
