Mayor Raul Salinas, his wife Yolanda and their little long-haired chihuahua "Princess" helped raise more than $4,000 Saturday to benefit the Laredo Animal Protective Society.The fundraiser, which was held at the Mall Del Norte, included a special "doggie birthday party" and was attended by more than 1,000 people.
