ContributorNetwork - Rick Perry and Mitt Romney have emerged as frontrunners in the Republican primary race. While President Barack Obama was busy in a "listening" bus tours, the two candidates addressed potential American voters on a variety of pressing issues. The candidates will have months of media scrutiny, questions and campaign events to detail their beliefs on how to return the country to a time of prosperity. Although both men are Republicans, Perry offers a distinctly more conservative mindset, while Romney appeals to moderate voters.
