The Philadelphia Orchestra opens its first-ever summer residency at the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival in Colorado tonight. This evening's concert will be the first of six the Philadelphians give in Vail through July 14, with Music Director Christoph Eschenbach, Associate Conductor Rossen Milanov and guest conductor Hans Graf (music director of the Houston Symphony) each leading two programs.
