Mildred Howard, an installation and mixed-media artist from San Francisco, will kick off the fall schedule of the LexArts Distinguished Speaker Series on Friday. Howard will speak from 1 to 3 p.m. about "Public Art in Review" and will have a 1-3 p.m. workshop Saturday.
