BLACKSBURG -- Three dozen Virginia Tech students have received warning letters this month from the Recording Industry Association of America about alleged illegal music downloads. The letters, described by the association as "pre-litigation settlement letters" were among 407 the association sent out this month to students at 18 universities nationwide.
