VINELAND -- Beth Israel Congregation, 1015 E. Park Ave., will commemorate the destruction of the first and second temples in Jerusalem, Tisha B'av, on Aug. 8 and 9. Services will be held at 8:15 p.m. Aug. 8, and during Shacharit services at 7 a.m. Aug. 9. Services will be led by Rabbi Alfredo S. Winter.
