Trinity Catholic School, 1306 W. Montgomery Ave., will present “The Greatest Plop on Earth,” its 22nd annual Cow Plop fundraiser, Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or after the third plop. The event will include a street carnival, pony rides, games, face painting, music, food and two cows for plopping.
