The Ventura County Rose Society will hold a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thurs., Feb. 26 at the Ventura County Office of Education Conference Center, 5100 Adolfo Road, Camarillo. The guest speaker will be Burling Leong, owner of Burlington Rose Nursery in Visalia. She will demonstrate propagation of roses using the chip-budding method of grafting roses.
