NewsFactor - Salesforce.com is set to acquire a mobile and social cloud consulting services company. Terms of the deal to purchase Model Metrics were undisclosed. Adding Model Metrics to the salesforce.com mix gives the enterprise cloud company more mobile and social expertise to serve enterprise customers.
