Last week, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., urged Americans to remember the date Aug. 1, 2012. He urged Americans to liken the date to Dec. 7 and 9/11, to compare it to American tragedies that devastated the lives of thousands of Americans and left the nation in utter shock.
