Investor's Business Daily - The biggest U.S. mobile operator will offer the lower-priced mobile data service with limited downloads starting Oct. 28, said Reuters, citing sources. The move by the venture of Verizon Communications and Vodafone Group (NMS:VOD) follows AT&T's elimination of unlimited data service plans this year, choosing instead to offer lower-priced plans with limited downloads. Verizon is keeping its $29.99 unlimited data service. It fell 1.3% to 32.16.
