NewsFactor - Microsoft and its smartphone partners took the lid off nine new devices featuring the Windows Phone 7 operating system. Sixty mobile operators in more than 30 countries will carry devices from Dell, HTC, LG Electronics, and Samsung in time for the holiday shopping season.
