The reviews also fault it for relying on a BlackBerry smartphone to access a cellular network. PlayBook will hit N. American stores Tue. RIM shares fell 1.7%. The 7-inch-screen, WiFi-only device is priced the same as the 10-inch iPad and faces competition from a host of devices running Google's (NASDAQ:GOOG - News) Android software.
