One might think that those droll little witticisms that Siri sometimes comes up with a the result of a machine intelligence gaining a sense of humour. Sadly this is not the case: Siri just isn't intelligent in any manner, let alone that. She's programmed to give certain answers to certain questions: at which point we can all fall about laughing at how hip, with it and droll Apple itself is.
